Hedsom GRC cement raise floor (bare finish OA500)

Product consist       

GRC raised floor panel is made of  cement, fiber, mineral, quartz, which formed in a high pressure. Each panel with the wiring pin hole for easy cabling. The corner of GRC panel is laid on the pedestal, the surface of the panel corner with a 1/4 sunken curving, four corners will form a round sunken area, a round aluminum plate will be cover on this sunken area to fix the four corners on the pedestal.  Gasket will be used on the top of pedestal to reduce the acoustic and shaking noise. The  pedestal can be adjusted in 25mm.

Fire resistance: GRC panel have very good fire resistance and insulation. It is a kind of non combustible building material. When the fire spread from one side of the raised floor, it need at least one hour

Water resistance: If water go to the surface of GRC panel, it will not affect the normal use. Even when the panel is dipped into the water, the strength will be not reduced. 

High loading capacity: The concentrated loading is test under 2mm or 2.5mmm deflection. Can achieve concentrated loading from 300 Kg to 500 Kg

Long durability:  The life span of the GRC raised floor system is 25 years.
